In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers walking in with a range of queries and technical needs. Whether it’s guiding a sale, consulting on system upgrades, or getting down to the nitty-gritty of PC troubleshooting, your goal will be to provide solutions that leave customers delighted and loyal.
Responsibilities
Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and guide them in product selection.
Handle customer requests for PC cleaning and basic on-the-spot troubleshooting; log more complex issues for further analysis and repair.
Perform accurate diagnostics and effective troubleshooting for PCs, resolving issues with a customer-centric approach.
Keep customers well-informed throughout the repair process, providing updates and ensuring transparency.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years working experience in relevant fields or industries.
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any relevant field is preferred, but not necessary.
Strong technical knowledge and experience with PC hardware and software.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work setting.
Patience and a customer-oriented approach to handle service inquiries and technical support with empathy and professionalism.
Physical capability to safely lift and maneuver heavy items as needed.
No prior work experience required, but any relevant internships or projects will be considered favorably.
