Senior Technician

We are on the lookout for a Customer Technician Specialist who is as passionate about people as they are about technology. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers walking in with a range of queries and technical needs. Whether it’s guiding a sale, consulting on system upgrades, or getting down to the nitty-gritty of PC troubleshooting, your goal will be to provide solutions that leave customers delighted and loyal.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and guide them in product selection.
  • Handle customer requests for PC cleaning and basic on-the-spot troubleshooting; log more complex issues for further analysis and repair.
  • Perform accurate diagnostics and effective troubleshooting for PCs, resolving issues with a customer-centric approach.
  • Keep customers well-informed throughout the repair process, providing updates and ensuring transparency.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in relevant fields or industries.
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any relevant field is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with PC hardware and software.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work setting.
  • Patience and a customer-oriented approach to handle service inquiries and technical support with empathy and professionalism.
  • Physical capability to safely lift and maneuver heavy items as needed.
  • No prior work experience required, but any relevant internships or projects will be considered favorably.
