As a Technician on our team, you’ll be the go-to person for putting together our PCs with care and making sure they run perfectly before they reach our customers. Your role is all about being hands-on with the latest tech and ensuring every computer you build is up to our high standards. Responsibilities
- Build and assemble a wide range of PC systems with precision, attention to detail, and in a timely, organized manner.
- Perform thorough quality checks and ensure all systems are functioning optimally before delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues identified during the testing phase.
- Receive and transport new stock, including large items like cases.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to update them on any issues encountered during the quality control or assembly phases.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field is preferred, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of PC hardware components and familiarity with the computer assembly process.
- An interest in computing and hardware technology, along with a keenness to stay abreast of industry developments.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work setting.
- Physical capability to safely lift and maneuver heavy items as part of the stock handling process.
- No prior work experience required, but any relevant internships or projects will be considered favorably.
